Affabilità, il tuo nome è Mosca.

L'I.I.S. "Mancini-Tommasi" di Cosenza, ha frequentemente organizzato stage in diversi paesi europei. Nel mese di ottobre 2016, ha usato questa pluriennale esperienza per intraprendere una nuova rotta. Come Capofila del Polo Tecnico Professionale C.R.A.T.I., Competenze Rafforzate per Attivare Turismi Innovativi, Cod. Progetto 2014.POC.13.004, e grazie alla tenacia del Dirigente Scolastico, Prof.ssa Graziella Cammalleri, che, nonostante i tempi ristrettissimi, ha adoperato la sua ferma volontà nel rispettare la tempistica e consentire agli allievi di partire per uno stage aziendale a Mosca. 

Accompagnati dalle docenti tutor, Giuseppina Bottino e Katia Palumbo, un gruppo di dieci allievi, in possesso di un curriculum scolastico di tutto rispetto, hanno lavorato, sotto diverse mansioni, nella complessa struttura del Milan Hotel, sito in via Shipilovskaya: quattro cuochi, Liberata Amendola, Alessio Imbrogno, Mariacristina Stranges e Matteo Villella, quattro addetti ai servizi di sala e vendita, Maria Cairo, Mario De Marco, Mario Sijinardi, Alberto Tosto, due receptionist, Andrea Cava, Maria Carmela Cava.

 

 

Una iniziale precisazione è necessaria: il progetto prevedeva una preparazione degli allievi che aspiravano a partecipare allo stage, anche per fornire una conoscenza di base della lingua russa. Di norma, ci si focalizza sulla lingua inglese perché è la lingua franca che abbatte le barriere linguistiche a livello internazionale. Non si può negare che anche a Mosca sia stata la lingua che ha facilitato la relazione degli stagisti con lo Staff del Milan Hotel ed i rapporti con l'esterno. A Mosca, tuttavia, sono i segni ed i fonemi dell'alfabeto cirillico a permeare la comunicazione scritta ed orale. Rare sono le indicazioni in inglese. Ma ciò che poteva sembrare uno svantaggio iniziale è diventato un vantaggio.  Così avvincente è stato per gli allievi poter entrare nella dimensione delle relazioni umane in una cultura che, talvolta a torto, riteniamo dissimile dalla nostra, anche sforzandosi di capire e farsi capire in russo. Ne è risultato un curioso mix culturale e linguistico che ha rafforzato la loro identità, arricchendola in maniera sorprendente.

Durante i briefing, a fine giornata, puntualmente documentati fotograficamente e mediante video, snocciolavano i nuovi termini russi appresi lavorando alacremente e con divertissement a fianco dei colleghi, ma riferendo anche della forte attrattiva e curiosità che i russi hanno manifestato verso le loro capacità culinarie e le loro conoscenze del servizio in sala, al bar e alla reception. I briefing hanno puntualmente evidenziato quanto si sentissero gratificati dalla calda accoglienza ricevuta, sentendosi rassicurati per aver conquistato i cuori dell'Amica Nelly e dei loro colleghi russi.

Nella necessità comunicativa, difatti, sono emersi quei caratteri, quella capacità di relazione che talvolta i russi vogliono nascondere o, meglio, tenere velata. Gli allievi hanno potuto amalgamare la loro umanità con quella dei nuovi amici russi, ben integrandosi nei vari laboratori di cucina e pasticceria, nel Lobby Bar, nella cucina e sala ristorante del Grut, nella reception e, grazie al benvolere di tutto lo Staff del Milan Hotel.

Realizzato con il supporto dell'agenzia Top Class, lo stage si è rivelato particolarmente efficace, sia nelle ricadute professionali che di respiro socio-culturale sui ragazzi, grazie alla professionalità del Tour Operator, Nelly Ionkina. La signora Ionkina ha curato l'accoglienza dei giovani nella struttura alberghiera prima e durante lo stage. Ma il soggiorno a Mosca è stato anche l'occasione di avvicinarli ad un paese che nessuno di loro aveva mai visitato e che li ha più che favorevolmente sorpresi, pur nella presunta impenetrabilità. Il Tour Operator ha svelato ai loro giovani occhi una realtà sconosciuta, grazie ad un programma dettagliato che ha consentito loro di conoscere le principali amenità turistiche. Mosca ha ineluttabilmente sedotto anche le menti dei giovani allievi-professionisti, nella magia della Piazza Rossa, del Cremlino, del Palazzo dell'Armeria, delle cattedrali di Cristo Salvatore e di San Basilio, de "L'Elisir d'Amore" di Donizetti e del "Mayerling" di Liszt presso il Teatro Stanislavsky, del Circo di Mosca, del Vernissage, dove gli studenti hanno acquistato, tra i vari souvenir per amici e parenti, anche le tipiche bambole "matrioska", del ristorante italiano "La Scala", nelle stazioni storiche e fantasmagoriche della metropolitana, nei parchi variopinti dell'autunno. Gli stagisti hanno anche avuto il privilegio, grazie alla signora Ionkina, di visitare la mostra "La Settimana Italiana a Mosca", tenutasi presso il Salone Centrale delle Esposizioni "Il Maneggio", sostenuta dalla Duma della città di Mosca, dall'Istituto della Cultura Italiana a Mosca e dall'Ambasciata Italiana. Lì, hanno potuto appurare l'amore dei russi per la cultura, il turismo ed i brand italiani ed hanno conosciuto un giovane professore di italiano che sapeva conversare in latino.

Al rientro in hotel, dopo le visite, l'accesa curiosità li portava a ricercare ed approfondire ulteriormente, su Internet, quanto si era svelato ai loro occhi increduli ed affascinati.

Prima della partenza del gruppo, è stata organizzata una rinfresco con dolci, preparati dagli studenti italiani, accompagnati da tè e caffè. Alla festa è stato invitato il personale dirigente del "Milan" Hotel, che ha molto apprezzato il buffet.

Nel rientrare a scuola, gli studenti si sono adoperati per trasferire ai propri compagni di classe quanto appreso, mediante simulazioni, anche in spazi adibiti ed all'uopo attrezzati, e sotto l'effetto dell'entusiasmo e della nostalgia per l'esperienza vissuta.

In Piazza Majakovskij, infine, hanno anche recuperato la dimensione ludica, dondolando sulle altalene. Preparandosi per la partenza, con una commozione di identità calabrese e moscovita, il poeta georgiano Vladimir ha ispirato il loro rientro in patria, consapevoli, ormai, che tanto più bella sia l'esperienza vissuta, tanto più doloroso diviene il distacco. "Moscow means affability!"

Internship of Italian students in Russia.

The I.I.S. "Mancini-Tommasi" in the city of Cosenza (Calabria), a secondary school for female and male students which has a new School Manager in the person of Mrs. Graziella Cammalleri, organized a business and education traineeship in Moscow. Even though the school has been offering a very significant range of different projects all over Europe for the pupils, this was the very first initiative to be spent in Russia. The managerial staff, in a very short time, has made it possible to have everything organized for the traineeship, starting from the release of visas by the Embassy of Moscow, to the round-trip tickets for the ten students and the accompanying teachers, Giuseppina Bottino and Katia Palumbo.

In preparation of the departure, the ten students of the fourth year attended a course  studying basic Russian for 20 academic hours. Despite the difficulties of the Russian language, the trainees have welcomed with great enthusiasm the idea of ​​going to work in hotel and catering businesses in Moscow. Fortune has assisted the group as the Italian tour operator "Top Class" and the Russian partner "Ital-Travel" have identified the "Milan" Hotel in Moscow as the venue to stay and carry on their internship.

Even though the the hotel is located in a suburb area of the Russian capital, transfers were not difficult --in thirty minutes by underground, students could comfortably reach the Red Square in the town centre.

The hotel staff showed understanding, patience and kindness in the organization of the internship. They trained the group in such a way that even the language barrier was no longer perceived, soon after a couple of days. Among those who have completed the internship in Moscow, two students have worked at the reception desk, two at the lobby bar, one at the pastry shop, two in the kitchen, two others served in the Grut restaurant and one in its kitchen. During the two-week stay at the "Milan" Hotel, the students of the school participated in the preparation of the buffet of four weddings and a couple of other banquets. Without any doubt, this experience will have a positive impact on their future career. At their different mansions, the trainees could acknowledge about many aspects of work as the Russian colleagues presented them, but the trainees themselves offered their knowledge, illustrating the operating methods which are of common use in Italy.

During the work breaks, the girls and the boys were able to enjoy a rich program of excursions: visits to the Red Square, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, the Armory Museum and the Kremlin, a bus tour of the city of Moscow, a visit to the Vernissage, where students bought, among other souvenirs for friends and family, the typical "matryoshka" doll. The delegation also visited the exhibition "Buongiorno Italia!" They were able to visit the Musical Theatre "Stanislavsky" and assist to the performance of the opera "L'Elisir d'Amore" by Donizetti and the ballet "Mayerling" by Liszt.

In general, Russian tourists love to taste Italian cuisine, and this was an opportunity to enjoy it in Moscow. Italians have tasted Russian cuisine,  as well, so that everyone could share their impressions during the internship.

Before the departure of the group, was organized a buffet with cakes, prepared by Italian students, accompanied by tea and coffee. At the party was invited the executive staff of the "Milan" Hotel, who enjoyed tasting Italian pastry.

Let us, in particular, thank the curator of the project in Russia, Nelly Ionkina, who took care of all the organizational details during the stay. The day before the departure to Italy, she invited the group to have lunch in the beautiful Moscow restaurant "La Scala". On the way to the restaurant, in a flippant manner Nelly said to the trainees , "Not only you have 'La Scala' in Italy,  we have one here in Russia, as well!" The Italian chef of the restaurant, Giuseppe  Tedesco, spoke with the trainees in their own language, and addressed professional issues, telling them about job opportunities in Russia.

The two weeks in Moscow passed quickly. "Moscow means affability!" --This is how the visitors described the journey in three words. ■

"Moscou signifie affabilité!"

 

Stage des étudiants italiens en Russie.

 

Le I.I.S. « Mancini-Tommasi » de la ville de Cosenza (Calabre) une école secondaire supérieure pour étudiants et étudiantes qui a une nouvelle Dirigeante, le Professeur Graziella Cammalleri, a organisé, pour la première fois, un stage de formation d'entreprise à Moscou.

 

La Dirigeante, très rapidement, a préparé tout le nécessaire pour l'organisation du stage, à partir du relâchement des visas de la part de l'ambassade de Moscou, pour finir aux billets  aller - retour pour les dix élèves et les enseignantes d'escorte, les professeurs Giuseppina Bottino et Katia Palumbo.

 

Avant le départ, les dix élèves de la quatrième année, ont suivi et étudié les leçons russes pour 20 heures de cours. Malgré les difficultés de la langue russe, les stagiaires ont reçu avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme l'idée d'aller travailler dans l'hôtel et dans les restaurants et les bars à Moscou.

 

La fortune a aidé le groupe parce que le tour-opérateur italien « Top classe » et le partenaire russe « Ital-voyage » ont identifié le « Milan » Hotel de Moscou comme le lieu où rester et jouer leur stage.

 

Malgré que l'hôtel soit positionné dans une zone décentralisée de la capitale russe, le déplacement n'a pas été difficile : en trente minutes de métro, les élèves pouvaient atteindre le centre et se trouver sur la Place Rouge directement.

 

Le Staff de l'hôtel a montré compréhension, grande patience et affabilité dans l'organisation du stage. Ils ont dressé le groupe de manière que même la barrière de la langue ne fût plus perçue , déjà après deux-trois jours .

 

Parmi ceux qui ont effectué le stage de formation à Moscou, deux étudiants ont travaillé à la réception, deux au bar de l’entrée, un près du laboratoire de  la pâtisserie, deux dans la cuisine, deux autres ont servi au restaurant Grut et l’autre dans sa cuisine.

 

Pendant le séjour de deux semaines près du "Milan" Hôtel, les étudiants de l'école ont participé aux préparatifs de quatre mariages et une paire de banquets.

 

Sans aucun doute, cette expérience aura un impact positif sur leur travail futur.

 

Beaucoup d'aspects ouvrables présentaient des nouveautés pour les élèves, mais eux mêmes ont offert les propres connaissances aux collègues russes, en leur illustrant les modalités opérationnelles qui sont d'usage commun en Italie. 

 

Dans les jours des pauses de travail, les filles et les garçons ont pu effectuer un riche programme d'excursions: la Place Rouge, la Cathédrale de Christ.- Sauveur, le Musée de l'Armurerie et le Kremlin, un tour en bus de la ville de Moscou, une visite au Vernissage, où les étudiants ont acheté, entre les souvenirs différents pour les amis et les parents, aussi les poupées typiques "matrioska."  
La délégation a également visité l’exposition « Bonjour Italie ! ». Les italiens ont pu visiter le Théâtre Musical «Stanislavski » et ont assisté à la  représentation de l’opéra « L’Elisir d’amore » de Donizetti et le Mayerling Ballet de Liszt.

 

En générale, les touristes russes aiment goûter la cuisine italienne, et celle-ci a été l'occasion pour la goûter à Moscou, comme les Italiens ont goûté la cuisine russe, de manière que tous puissent partager ses impressions avec les stagiaires.

 

Avant le départ du groupe, il a été organisé un  rafraîchissement avec des desserts , préparés par des étudiants italiens, accompagnés de thé et de café.  À la fête a été invité   le personnel  dirigeant  du "Milan" Hôtel qui a très apprécié le buffet .

 

Nous voudrions, en particulier, remercier d’abord le curateur du projet en Russie, Nelly Ionkina qui, la veille de notre retour en Italie, a organisé un déjeuner dans le très beau restaurant de Moscou "La Scala." Pendant le trajet pour atteindre le restaurant, Nelly a voulu réitérer en plaisantant aux garçons :

 

« Pas seulement vous en Italie avez 'La Scala',

 

 même ici en Russie nous en avons une ! ».

 

Le chef italien Giuseppe Allemand a parlé avec les garçons dans leur langue, même en affrontant des sujets professionnels, et en leur illustrant les perspectives de travail en Russie

 

Les deux semaines à Moscou sont passées rapidement. "Moscou signifie affabilité!" - c’est la façon dont les visiteurs ont décrit le voyage en trois mots.
Un remerciement spécial va au personnel du "Milan" Hôtel et à tous les responsables de différents secteurs qui ont assisté les étudiants italiens dans le déroulement du stage.
